On July 22, the opening ceremony of DTCT Detasent Shandong subsidiary — Detazhiwei (Shandong) Data Technology Co., Ltd. — was grandly held in Jinan. Distinguished guests from government, industry, academia and ecosystem partners gathered to witness this strategic milestone.
This marks not only regional expansion, but also a major layout for Detasent, a dual-driven service provider of 'full-stack AI infrastructure + industrial intelligent applications', at a key node of the national computing network.
Power AI+ with Computing Foundation
Tan Xiaogan, Chairman of Detasent, stated in his opening speech that the Shandong subsidiary serves as a vital strategic node in our nationwide computing network layout. As the national 'AI+' initiative advances, computing infrastructure has become the core foundation for digital economy. Relying on this new subsidiary, Detasent will deeply integrate into regional digital ecosystem, empower Shandong’s transition of old and new growth drivers via green & smart computing infrastructure, and write a new chapter for deep integration between computing power and local industries.

Joint Laboratory Unveiled to Build AI Innovation Hub
The unveiling ceremony of the Joint AI Laboratory was held during the opening event. Co-built by Shandong Zhongke Industrial Technology Collaborative Innovation Center and Detazhiwei (Shandong) Data Technology Co., Ltd., the laboratory integrates technical resources and industrial strengths of both parties. It focuses on AI algorithm R&D, computing platform optimization and industry application deployment, forming a high-end platform for collaborative innovation among industry, university, research and end users. The joint laboratory is a key move for Detasent to deepen integration of AI infrastructure and industrial applications, and builds a new innovation source for AI technology and industrial incubation across Shandong and North China.
