Project managers designated by the original factory take charge of overall on‑site installation, implementation and management, and complete project acceptance, delivery and on‑site training (fee‑based)

Guided Installation

Personnel dispatched by the original factory provide on‑site installation technical guidance for platform and supplier construction staff, and complete project acceptance, delivery and on‑site training (fee‑based)

Remote Support

The platform or supplier completes project installation independently. For technical issues, the original factory provides remote support via phone, video and other means until problems are resolved (free‑of‑charge)

System Integration

Project managers designated by the original factory provide remote system‑integration services via phone / video and other means until the established project goals are achieved (free‑of‑charge)
