Abstract

On October 27, Lü Kejian, General Manager of China Merchants Venture Capital, Liu Ning, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Shekou, and other leaders visited Deltason as representatives of shareholders. Tan Xiaogan, Chairman of Deltason, and the company’s senior management warmly received the delegation. Both sides had in-depth discussions on how to integrate Deltason’s modular data center solutions with the internal business segments of China Merchants Group. Lü Kejian stated that cooperation could be carried out in real estate, property management, highways, smart ports, smart parks and other sectors. Leveraging its industrial advantages, China Merchants will promote business cooperation with Deltason and revitalize idle resources. They also discussed ecological cooperation with edge cloud enterprises invested by China Merchants. Next step, cooperation plans will be discussed with affiliated entities of China Merchants Group to jointly promote implementation.

Liu Ning instructed Deltason to align specifically with China Merchants City Technology Department to strengthen business empowerment of data centers. She pointed out that Deltason could set up a team to initiate IPO preparation at this stage and lay a solid foundation for future listing, and pledged to provide support in the next phase.
