Summary

Recently, under the lead of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of State Secrecy (the employer of the rural instructor of Zhumei Village), the General Party Branch of Zhumei Village in Zhangshui Town and the Party Branch of Zhejiang DeltaCentre Data Technology Co., Ltd. signed a joint party building agreement. DeltaCentre donated caring funds and equipment respectively to Zhumei Village of Zhangshui Town and the rural revitalization company to support rural revitalization with concrete actions.

During the event, the participants visited featured sites including the Red & Integrity Museum of Zhangshui Town and the Qinshuiwan Common Prosperity Workshop. The Red & Integrity Museum consists of five sections: Red Heritage, Party Building Leadership, Green Development, Integrity Education and State Secrecy Education. It showcases the inheritance of Zhangshui’s revolutionary history, refined Party member management methods, experience and exploration of green development driven by red culture, Party member integrity education exhibitions, as well as introductions to celebrities and overseas Chinese from Zhangshui. As an important stop on the 'Original Aspiration Tour' red study route in Zhangshui Town, the Qinshuiwan Study Base is equipped with study trails, Shanye Café, leisure water recreation areas and other business formats. Adopting the 'Study +' development model and themed on rural revitalization, it offers three high-quality practical courses: cultural & creative production, red education and farming experience, creating jobs for more than ten local villagers nearby.

Tan Xiaogan, Chairman of DeltaCentre, stated that Zhangshui Town boasts abundant red resources and actively taps local green resources. Relying on multi-format integrated projects, it encourages villagers to take flexible jobs and helps both village collectives and villagers increase their income.

In the future, DeltaCentre will support Zhangshui Town to vigorously develop new quality productive forces and accelerate the digital development of red culture. By building a red study base featuring state secrecy education, the brand of Zhangshui red tourism will be further promoted, serving as an important carrier to inherit the red gene and carry forward the revolutionary spirit.
