Zhejiang Deltason Data Technology Co., Ltd. independently designed and constructed the“Beilun District Public Security Dynamic Video Surveillance System Upgrade & Renovation” project (adopting multiple sets of DTCT Deltason modular micro data room integrated machines including 5-node, 6-node, 7-node and 8-node units), which has won the 2022–2023 Building Application Innovation Award, equivalent to Luban Prize, Zhan Tianyou Award, National High-Quality Project Award and Guangsha Award.

This award marks Deltason’s leading position in the modular data center sector and demonstrates that the company’s collaborative innovation achievements of “Industry-University-Research-Application” have been highly recognized by national-level experts.

About the Building Application Innovation Award

The Building Application Innovation Award is a retained national evaluation & commendation project reviewed and approved by the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council (listed as Item No.380 among retained projects of central state organs, see notice on retained national evaluation and commendation activities). It is of the same level as the Luban Prize, Zhan Tianyou Award, National High-Quality Project Award and Guangsha Award, all being national-level commendation projects. Reviewed every two years, it is the only national-level award for innovation and application in the building and building materials sector.

Project Overview

Project Name: Beilun District Public Security Dynamic Video Surveillance System Upgrade & Renovation

Project Owner: Zhejiang Deltason Data Technology Co., Ltd.

Project Background: The leasing project for the upgrade and renovation of Beilun District public security dynamic video surveillance system in Ningbo needs to complete the high-definition transformation of the original 1092 analog monitoring points (1226 video channels) as well as corresponding backend and transmission, and access social resource monitoring, to meet the requirements for deployment and stable operation of backend equipment for high-definition video upgrading.

Breaking the traditional computer room construction model, this project adopts green and energy-saving modular data center products and introduces professional industrial control cybersecurity protection. It has been deployed in data rooms of police stations including Xinqi, Daqi, Xiaogang, Chaiqiao, Chunxiao, Baifeng, Xiapu and Meishan under Ningbo Public Security Bureau Beilun Branch with remarkable application results. The solution saves 50% of site space and cuts energy consumption and emission by over 45%.

Key Innovations: To address outdated computer room construction solutions and operation management, a green data center integrated solution was developed. It innovatively integrates power distribution units, UPS, battery packs, rack air conditioners, emergency heat dissipation, airflow management, cabling and monitoring management system and other core data center equipment inside one or multiple enclosed cabinets for plug-and-play deployment. Deltason independently developed environment monitoring software to centrally monitor and remotely manage all equipment inside the integrated machines, enabling 7×24 hours unattended operation. Featuring safety, stability, reliability, flexibility and high integration & efficiency, it serves as an excellent demonstration for exploring intelligent manufacturing models in the data center integrated machine industry.
