Summary

On May 7, Xu Qiang, Vice Mayor of Ningbo, and his entourage visited DTCT DeltaCentre AI Industrial Park for investigation. They focused on DeltaCentre’s intelligent computing infrastructure, green new modular data centers, computing power platforms and AI technology applications across industries.Zhou Ai’er, Deputy Secretary-General of Ningbo Municipal Government, Dai Yun, Party Secretary of the Municipal Bureau of Data, and Lu Wei, Deputy Director of the High-tech Zone Administrative Committee, accompanied the research. Tan Xiaogan, Chairman of the Company, together with the core R&D team, demonstrated to municipal leaders DeltaCentre’s cutting-edge exploration and practices in the field of AI + data center.

AI + Data Center: Highlights of Technological Innovation

Vice Mayor Xu Qiang and his entourage visited DeltaCentre AI Innovation Experience Center and cloud O&M Center. Through on-site inspection and exchanges, they gained a comprehensive understanding of self-developed modular data center solutions, liquid & air cooling intelligent computing data centers, AI intelligent O&M management platforms, as well as practical cases in finance, education, transportation and other industries. The company’s technical lead elaborated DeltaCentre’s technological breakthroughs in green energy saving and rapid deployment. Notably, PUE of the new-generation data center has been optimized below 1.2, reaching world-leading standards.

Vice Mayor Xu Qiang affirmed DeltaCentre’s innovation achievements, paying special attention to localized deployment of AI + intelligent computing, industry applications, and the promotion & application value of commercial cryptography in practical work.

Exploring New Paths for AI Ecosystem Development

At the forum, Chairman Tan Xiaogan briefly reported the company’s current development status and future plans to the leaders. Vice Mayor Xu Qiang stated that developing computing power and AI industries requires building a complete ecosystem, which can be laid out in two key dimensions:

The first dimension lies in hardware: to build a closed-loop industrial chain, realizing full-link coordination of hardware infrastructure from design and manufacturing to server cluster deployment.

The second dimension focuses on data: to construct a value closed-loop of data elements. It includes establishing standardized data labeling systems, enabling structured processing of multimodal data, promoting deep integration between data and AI algorithms, and ultimately forming a data-centric value network and industrial agglomeration effect.

DeltaCentre has already laid the foundation for development in both dimensions. Through coordinated development in these two areas, it will provide solid underlying support for AI applications across industries and drive industrial intelligent upgrading. He expressed full confidence in DeltaCentre’s growth and expected the company to grow stronger in these two directions.

Sustained Innovation to Boost AI Industrial Development

Chairman Tan Xiaogan commented: Vice Mayor Xu Qiang’s research visit greatly inspired us and put forward constructive suggestions for DeltaCentre’s future development. DeltaCentre will continue to deepen its presence in the new modular data center sector, focus on R&D of AI computing power, build an ecological industrial chain of upstream and downstream hardware & software enterprises, and create a full-link ecosystem. We will deliver real AI implementation, provide efficient, secure and energy-saving computing infrastructure for all industries, and strive to become a new business card for Ningbo’s AI industry.
