On April 24, Peng Jiaxue, Member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Ningbo Municipal Party Committee, conducted an inspection on the development of new quality productive forces and held a forum. He emphasized that we should thoroughly study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on developing new quality productive forces and the spirit of his important speeches during his inspection tour in Zhejiang, earnestly implement the deployment requirements of the special meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on Ningbo’s work, place the development of new quality productive forces in a more prominent position, make targeted efforts in comprehensively consolidating foundations and improving quality, and strive to be a pacesetter for the development of new quality productive forces..

At the forum, Tan Xiaogan, Chairman of DTCT, delivered a speech as one of the entrepreneur representatives.

Chairman Tan Xiaogan reported to government leaders on DTCT’s development in recent years. The company has always adhered to the dual-wheel drive of 'green low-carbon + digital economy' to build a powerful computing power base for modular data centers.

Focusing on the field of modular data centers, DTCT provides full-lifecycle one-stop services through the product system of 'Two Hardware + Two Platforms + Five Services'. With coverage of all industries at home and abroad, DTCT builds a secure platform base for data elements and boosts new quality productive forces.

In the next stage, DTCT will take Ningbo as its headquarters and set up branches and operation & maintenance bases in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Singapore and Malaysia.

It will build a National Enterprise Technology Center to tackle core and key technologies and produce scientific and technological achievements at internationally advanced levels.

A digital factory will be constructed to realize large-scale and standardized product production.

Four major service platforms will be built in the new digital campus of the headquarters, providing 7×24-hour computing power, storage, operation and remote IT operation & maintenance services for tens of thousands of government departments, enterprises and public institutions nationwide.

DTCT’s achievements cannot be achieved without the strong support of government departments at all levels in Ningbo. Such support has not only created a sound development environment for DTCT, but also promoted technological innovation and industrial upgrading, laying a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development.
